Freelance Meta Ads

Meta Ads campaigns + tracking, from $690/month

Meta campaigns rely on what the Pixel and the Conversions API send. I install them properly, deduplicated, then build the campaigns, audiences and creatives to generate leads or sales.

What it looks like

Where your ad shows up on Facebook and Instagram

On Meta, the ad takes the shape of a post in the feed. It is labeled as sponsored but consumed like the rest of the content — and one ad serves both networks.

Recreation of a Meta ad in the feed. The ad shown is an example.
  1. Your page name and the “Sponsored” labelIt is your page speaking, not an anonymous banner. The profile picture and name are part of the message, and the cross lets people hide the ad.
  2. The image or videoThis is most of the outcome. 4:5 for the feed, 9:16 for Stories and Reels. On Meta, the creative is the real targeting — it does more than any audience setting.
  3. The link bar and the buttonDomain, short headline, subtitle, call to action. That click is what brings the person to your site and starts the measurement.
  4. Reactions and commentsA Meta ad is still a post: it collects likes and comments, and those need moderating. They are also a quality signal for the platform.

Meta Ads today: it all starts with the data you send

Since tracking restrictions (iOS, browsers, consent), a Pixel alone sees only part of your conversions. The Conversions API sends events from your server or your CMS and closes that gap. Both must be deduplicated, otherwise Meta counts double and optimizes on noise.

On Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, WordPress or Wix, I install the Pixel and the Conversions API in your back office, with the parameters that matter (value, currency, IDs, hashed customer data) and an event match quality I verify in Events Manager.

What Meta campaign management includes

  • Structure: campaigns by objective (leads, sales, traffic), ad sets by audience
  • Audiences: interests, lookalikes, retargeting of visitors and engagers, customer exclusions
  • Creatives: several visuals and videos tested, Feed, Stories and Reels formats
  • Native lead forms or website forms, depending on the lead quality you need
  • Budget and bidding: learning phase protected, gradual scaling
  • Monthly reporting reconciled with your real sales or leads, not just Ads Manager

Google Ads and Meta Ads: complementary, not competing

Google captures demand that already exists. Meta creates it, by showing your offer to people who weren’t looking for it. For a local business or a new offer, Meta is often the engine; for an offer people search for, Google is the base and Meta the multiplier. I manage both and look at the overall cost per lead, not platform by platform.

Quality leads over many leads

Meta’s instant forms generate lots of cheap contacts, often poorly qualified. Depending on your business, I favor a website form with filtering questions, or a native form with qualifying fields, and I track the real close rate of those leads on your side.

Creative: what makes the difference on Meta

On Meta, the creative is the targeting. A 15-second vertical video, a face, a concrete promise and a proof do more than any audience setting. I help you produce that content simply and test continuously to let winners run.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions

My Meta Pixel is installed. Why does Meta see fewer sales than my store?

Because the Pixel alone no longer sees everything: ad blockers, iOS, consent refusals. The Conversions API sends events from your server. Properly deduplicated with the Pixel, it restores a picture close to reality.

Does Meta Ads work for B2B or a local business?

Yes. For a local business, geographic targeting and video formats are very effective. In B2B, Meta mainly builds awareness and retargets site visitors, alongside Google.

What budget to start on Meta?

A few dollars a day is enough to test creatives. To exit the learning phase, aim for around fifty conversions a week per ad set, which is why choosing the right optimization event matters.
